Big Bag filling system for FERTIBERIA

Bogatécnica Big Bag filling facility. The Fertiberia Group is a specialist in the manufacture of fertilizers and chemical products.

The Fertiberia group has 7 production centers in Spain, 3 in Algeria and 2 in Portugal with a production capacity of ten million tons. Its main manufacturing products are: ammonia, ammonium nitrates, complex fertilizers, urea, ammonium phosphate and nitric acid.

Due to the greater demand for Big Bag packaging that Fertiberia’s customers demanded, from Bogatécnica we have supplied the Fertiberia Palos de la Frontera plant with a urea Big Bag filling facility from our represented Concetti Group.

The Big Bag filling facility has specific anticorrosive treatment for fertilizers:

Stainless steel loading / unloading hoppers

Stainless steel gravity feeder

Filler cap with stainless steel product

Stainless steel roller conveyors

Screws and pneumatic cylinders in stainless steel

Plastic solenoid valve protection boxes

Inox electrical panel with IP55 protection.

Anti-corrosive paint cycle for all parts in carbon steel

The production of the equipment is:

Up to 100 Big Bag / hour in 600 Kg format

Up to 60 Big Bag / hour in 1,000 Kg format

In addition, once the product has been unloaded inside the bag, the Big Bag can be welded, obtaining a hermetic seal.

The installation has Big Bag pallets accumulation and has been delivered complete with a suction system and filter.
