Tubular bagging machines, FFS, are fully automatic systems that form, fill and seal (Form-Filling-Sealing) the bags that are obtained from a tubular reel of thermoplastic material.

Functions of Tubular Reel Bagging Machines

Form the bottom of the bag and cut the film according to the desired length.
Fill the bags.
Seal the mouth of the bags.

The operating phases and the parameter changes of the tubular reel bagging machine are assisted by PLC control and are carried out in a very short time without operator intervention.
