Nudesa Implements a High-Capacity Bagging and Palletizing Line with BOGA TÉCNICA

At BOGA TÉCNICA, we are thrilled to announce a new collaboration with Nudesa – Nutrimentos Deza S.A., one of the leading companies in the animal feed industry in Galicia. In their new production plant located in the Silleda Industrial Park (Pontevedra), Nudesa has implemented a high-capacity bagging and palletizing line, reinforcing their commitment to innovation and operational efficiency.

The collaboration between BOGA TÉCNICA and Nudesa has a solid foundation. Back in 2022, Nudesa trusted our technology by installing a Marfil PG120 high-level palletizer in their Lalín facility. Due to the outstanding results in both performance and reliability, Nudesa decided to partner with us again in 2025, selecting BOGA TÉCNICA to supply the bagging and palletizing line for their new plant.

This newly installed bagging and palletizing line is designed to optimize efficiency and provide flexibility. It features the following equipment:

? Capable of handling open-mouth bags in 10, 25, and 40 kg sizes
? Produces up to 1,200 bags per hour

✅ Marfil PG120 High-Level Automatic Palletizer
? Identical to the model previously installed
? Compatible with wooden pallets up to 1450 × 1200 mm
