The format change is carried out in approximately one minute. As with all Concetti bagging lines, the format change of the bag is automatic, requiring no tools or operator intervention. The machine parameters reside in memory, and when changing the format, they are called up and sent to the rest of the elements present throughout the line. This includes integrated weighing systems, metal detectors, weight control, palletizer, and wrapper for full pallets. The operator is only responsible for feeding the empty bags into the process. Consequently, the versatility and reliability of the plant allow 24/7 production cycles.
