New installation of bagging and palletizing line for Alimer at its new factory in Lorca

BOGA TÉCNICA has installed a complete bagging and palletizing line at Alimer’s new animal feed factory in Lorca. This project was designed to improve production efficiency and strengthen the company’s commitment to sustainability.

Thanks to this new installation, Alimer will be able to reach a production capacity of up to 40 tons per hour, ensuring an automated bagging process adapted to different formats.

Concetti IGF600 bagging machine
Multi-format, compatible with 10, 25, 30, and 40 kg bags.
Equipped with remote assistance, enabling efficient diagnosis and support.

Marfil PG120 automatic palletizer
Adaptation to various palletizing formats.
Total automation to improve pallet stability and optimize logistics.

The new bagging line will allow Alimer to bag compound feed in different formats, including pellets, flours, and cereal mixtures. Additionally, their commitment to the circular economy is reflected in the use of agricultural by-products, such as broccoli leaves, artichokes, or watermelon, in the production of their feed, reducing waste and contributing to sustainability.
