New Bagging and Palletizing Line Installed at Alimer’s Animal Feed Factory

BOGA TÉCNICA has successfully installed a bagging and palletizing line at Alimer’s new animal feed factory in Lorca, Spain. The new automated packaging system is designed to improve production efficiency, increase flexibility, and support Alimer’s commitment to sustainability.

With this new bagging and palletizing line, Alimer can achieve a production capacity of up to 40 tons per hour, while automatically handling different animal feed products and bag formats.

Bagging and Palletizing Line for Animal Feed

The new installation combines a Concetti IGF600 automatic bagging machine with a Marfil PG120 automatic palletizer, providing Alimer with a complete automated solution for animal feed packaging and palletizing.

The system has been designed to handle different products and packaging formats while improving the efficiency and reliability of the end-of-line process.

Concetti IGF600 Automatic Bagging Machine

The Concetti IGF600 provides flexible and automated bagging for different animal feed products.

The machine is compatible with 10, 25, 30, and 40 kg bags, allowing Alimer to package compound feed in multiple formats.
