At Boga T\u00e9cnica, we have successfully completed the installation of a fully automated line for bagging, palletizing, and wrapping compound animal feed at the facilities of COPASA, S. Coop.<\/a><\/p>\n

This turnkey project has been developed as a successful case of industrial automation in the animal feed<\/a> industry, executed in two implementation phases. This approach allowed for a gradual system integration without interrupting production.<\/p>\n

The result is a solution designed to maximize efficiency in animal feed bagging, automatic palletizing, and dispatch logistics. In addition, it significantly improves the overall productivity of the plant.<\/p>\n

COPASA, S. Coop. is a cooperative of farmers and livestock breeders founded in 1951 by a group of poultry farmers in the province of Salamanca, Spain.<\/p>\n

With more than 70 years of experience, the cooperative was created with the aim of providing efficient animal nutrition solutions to agricultural professionals. It also offers services tailored to the needs of their farms.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfed High-precision bagging with I-Flex <\/a>automatic bagging machine<\/h3>\n

In the first phase of the project, an I-Flex open-mouth automatic bagging machine<\/a><\/strong> was installed, designed specifically for animal feed bagging.<\/p>\n

It allows working with formats from 5 to 40 kg<\/strong> without changing the bagging spout. In fact, the format change is carried out automatically in just 90 seconds.<\/p>\n
