Substrates and fertilisers

Due to the characteristics of this sector, the packaging lines for substrates and fertilizers must meet two main requirements:

• Multiproduct: organic fertilizers, substrates, brown or black peat, pine bark, sand, gravel, decorative stone,…
• Multiformat: from 5 to 120 liters, bags with handle, gusset, compressed (mini-maxi bales)…

Given we are working with seasonal products, the packing lines must be:

• fast
• reliable and
• robust

The appropriate facilities for this sector in the view of Boga Tecnica, would consist of:

• FPK88 laminar bagging machine
• Conventional palletizer model PG-180
• wrapping machine with rotating arm or stretch hood machine with stretch film
